The International Organization for Migration and the United Nations Development Programmes have a community-based reintegration programme in Northern Uganda. The Programme works with communities to identify vulnerable youth, Ex-combatants, Unemployed Youth, People abducted by rebels during the war in Northern Uganda. The Programme helps these young people get jobs. Jobs change lives.
