Police in Kampala have just defused another bomb barely 24 hours after twin suicide attacks in the city killed at least 74 people. The latest bomb was connected to a mobile phone handed over to a bar patron by a stranger. The suicide attacks happened last night at two entertainment spots as thousands gathered to watch the world cup final. The Somalia militant group Al-Shabaab has now taken credit for the attacks.
