This was followed by a presentation by Dr. Akiiki Daisy Kabagarama. She talked about “Together we will always Stand: Seven Step Process for Peace in Uganda. Mr.Alexander Zabasajja moderated: Uganda’s Political System ~ Question was: Under which political system will Uganda Prosper Better? Federalism Vs Unitary Vs Regional Governments. The last item was the debate moderated by D. Muniini Muleera. DP, FDC, NRM and UPC.
