OTHER PEOPLE´S EXPERIENCE OF THE CUSTOMERS SERVICE OF THIS BANK HAS BEEN ABSYMAL, UN0PROFESSIONAL AND VERY BORDER LINE´,(KOSHER).
THEY PROVIDE NO CONSISTENT STATEMENTS, UNEXPLAINED DEDUCTIONS ON PEOPLES ACCOUNTS AND CHAOTIC ACCOUNTING AND LEGAL PROCEDURES.
LETTERS TO THE MANAGING DIRECTORS AND MANAGERS GO UN-ANSWERED,WHILST LAND TITLES TAKE YEARS TO BE TRANSFERRED TO CUSTOMERS NAMES…THIS HAS HAPPENNED TO MANY PEOPLE I KNOW OF WITH MORTGAGES. THERE IS NO INTERNET BANKING AND THE SO CALLED CALL CENTERS ARE UN-RELIABLE.
THIS IS A FAR CRY FROM THE WELL OILED PR AND ADVERTS ABOVE BY CHRISTINE KAWOYA.
ANYONE WHO DOES ANY BANKING ABROAD KNOWS THAT IS UTTERLY, COMPLETELY AND BEYOND ANY ACCEPTABILITY.
BUT THESE FOLKS DO NOT SEEM TO CARE!!!
SO THE IDEAS ARE GOOD BUT THE APPLICATION ON THE GROUND IS WAY BELOW STANDARDS OF ACCEPTABILITY.
LEST THEY VISIBLY GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER…DFCU IS SYMPTOMATIC OF THE SINK POT THAT IS THE UN-PROFESSIONAL INSTITUTIONAL CRISIS IN UGANDA
